Dive into the amazing world of water! Campers entering 3rd-5th grades will have a wet and wild week exploring creeks and wetlands, doing science experiments, and meeting many animals that call water home. Each child may attend only one session of this camp.

Put your survival skills to the test! Campers entering 3rd-5th grades will learn a variety of wilderness survival activities including building shelters and fires, whittling, campfire cooking, and knot tying. This is an active camp that will involve hiking and moving over rocks and logs. Campers should be ready for hands-on challenges and opportunities to get dirty, wet and muddy. Each child may attend only one session of this camp.

Explore trails, creeks and ponds around Asbury Woods! Campers entering 1st-2nd grades will use tools like nets, binoculars, and magnifying lenses as they trek through many ecosystems. They will learn to identify animal tracks and ways to catch insects. Each child may attend only one session of this camp.

Nature’s Playground is designed for our youngest campers’ growing minds and bodies. Campers will learn, play, and explore every day while at camp. Three camp themes will be offered throughout the summer. Campers can attend each theme once.

During Fur, Feathers, & Scales, campers will fly like a bird and wiggle like a salamander while learning all about animals and how they live!

Each camper needs to bring a healthy snack and water bottle daily. All children must be potty-trained at the start of camp and able to use the restroom without assistance. Campers attend this program independently.

Discover the many habitats at Asbury Woods! Campers entering 1st-2nd grades will learn about a variety of animal habitats, build a terrarium and observe animal behavior throughout the week. They will also learn to make shelters and feeders for animals. Each child may attend only one session of this camp.

Curious about the world around us? Hone your investigative skills during this fun week of nature exploration! Aspiring ecologists entering 6th-8th grade will love this week as we explore the living things in the woods, field, and creek. Extended care is not available for this week.
